Records, 1920-1924.

The surviving records of the General Superintendent of the Central Ohio General Division are a small fragment dealing with labor relations. They are primarily concerned with wages and working conditions and with grievance arbitration, including the PRR's own system of joint reviewing committees. A separate series of grievance files is arranged by class of employee and then by division. Most are for minor work rules infractions.
